Chocolate Malheur from Barbara Schneider, Freiburg
A fun-to-make, fun-to-eat Chocolate dessert. It looks like you where in the kitchen for hours. But actually Barbara made and baked this in about 20 minutes, while we were still enjoying our wine after dinner. These Chocolate Malheurs have a fudgy, brownie- look and taste. An irresistible dessert that’s sure to fix any chocolate craving. Very taste full with the cold berry puree.
- 150 gram dark chocolate
- 100 gram butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks (Medium)
- 60 gram + 1 table spoon of cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons flower
- 125 gram frozen berries
- Lemon juice
- Put chocolate and the butter ‘au bain marie’, let it melt
- In the mean while put butter and sugar in the small cups
- Put the eggs + egg yolk and sugar together, beat it up for like 5 minutes so its gets very foamy
- then add the flower and the fluid chocolate butter mix
- Put everything in the small cups
- Bake it on 175 degrees for 12 minutes
- Puree the fruit with lemon and 1 spoon of sugar to serve it together
